This week we present you the beautiful Lake Lugano. Lake Lugano is a project by JM Architecture, a firm based in Milano. The Lake Lugano house stands on the slope of a hill, on the shores of Lake Lugano. The place is a polygonal glass pavilion with rounded edges overlooking two different areas: a mountain and a garden overlooking the lake. The project also pays great attention to environmental aspects and uses geothermal energy, rain water collection system and highly efficient low-emittance glass insulated with argon gas.
This place is simply amazing. Besides being super beautiful, modern and clean the rounded edges give the house a kind of retro look and all the glass allow natural light to illuminate the place, which is great. And I also liked that the house is “eco friendly” … definitely a nice place to live ;)
Check out JM Architecture website for further details about this and other projects.
