Getting Cheap and High Quality Stock Images For Your Projects is a Must

The use of stock photography has increased impressively during the past 2 or 3 years.  Not long ago, during the 90s and even at the beginning of the 2000s stock photography wasn’t available online in large numbers, but you would rather have to contact a stock image agency from where you would’ve got your supplies. Most of them were really expensive and it was only 13 years when the first photos that cost only $1 appeared on the “shelves” of the stock image websites. However, somehow not anticipating the huge potential that the internet had, the classic agencies still kept the rates high, a decision which eventually ruined most of them.

Nonetheless, for those of you who don’t know, nowadays a stock photography can be defined as an electronic version of photography. This is used in different projects either be it business or creative ones. If you wonder who’s taking these, well the vast majority is done by professional photographers. However, sometimes semiprofessionals might get their images bought by a website.  Nevertheless, don’t get ideas; you have to be really really good in order for someone to buy your work. So don’t expect that if you have a decent camera and if you are a pretty good photographer you’ll make it into the galleries of an important website.

Speaking of which, I don’t know if you guys know Depositphotos.com, but these guys have a database of more than 12 million high quality stock photos. And probably more interesting is that quality comes at a really cheap price. You can get photos as low as $0.15 and you can download up to 200 photos per day. Well, you might think that if the cheapest is $0.15, then probably the most expensive is $1 or more. You couldn’t be more wrong.  $0.46 is the most expensive photo that you’ll get and this is only if you choose their 1 month subscription plan. But why on Earth would you want to that, when the 3, 6 and 12 months are such big money savers?  Without doubt, Depositphotos’ prices are probably the most competitive and cheapest that you can get.  Forget about other stock images websites, Depositphotos should be your one and only choice. Still not convinced?  Well, take a look at these gorgeous photos that we’ve selected for you and you’ll immediately realize what we’re talking about.
